Zapier integration that triggers on workflow status change

Having a Zap that could trigger on workflow status change (e.g. Needs Review >> Returned) would be fantastic. A couple of use cases are...
1) Slack notification when status changes. This would let me know my writer has finished the draft and needs my approval before uploading to our blog.
2) Timesheets. This would work especially well if there was a 4th workflow option like "In progress". When my writer switches from "Needs Review" to "In progress" it would send a timestamp to Google Sheets to signify they have started working. The same zap could trigger when the writer switches from "In progress" to "Returned" showing they've finished working on the project.

3) Changing status to "Approved" creates a new Google Document and copy/pastes the article into it.
